Mama T’s story.

At Mama Tee’s Soulful Kitchen, food is more than a meal. It is love, family and tradition. Mama T started cooking with recipes passed down through generations, bringing people together with flavors that feel like home.

Every plate is seasoned with soul, from our famous oxtails to our sweet potato pie. Nothing comes out of a bag, and nothing sits under a lamp.

Catering & Meal Prep

A table for eight, or a hundred.

Family gatherings, church and community events, office and corporate lunches, and weekly meal prep. Mama Tee’s also holds a New Jersey State contract for food service, so larger scheduled orders are welcome.
